General Membership & Box Packing
on Saturday, February 4, 2012
The meeting will be held at the
Jan Kaminis Platt Regional Library
3910 South Manhattan Avenue
in South Tampa.

Also want to remind everyone that after a short business meeting
and “sharing” session, we will have a box packing of our cadet
boxes – just in time for Halloween.  Please bring enough goodies
toward the 36+ boxes, and also any personal items you wish
to send to your cadet. If you are unable to attend this meeting,
please consider sending in a check
(suggested starting point is $20) to club treasurer,
Walt Herrera , to cover the cost of the goodies
that will be purchased to fill our cadet boxes.

Peridia Golf and Country Club
Clubhouse
Located at 4950 Peridia Boulevard, Bradenton, FL 34203. 
Driving north on Peridia Boulevard off of SR 70, head approx. one half
mile to the Clubhouse on the left or west side of Peridia Boulevard. 
Park and walk on the sidewalk between the clubhouse
and the Pro Shop turning left at the rear of the Clubhouse building. 
As you turn left, there is a wheelchair ramp and the double doors to
the meeting room are at the top of the wheelchair ramp on the left.

Braden River High School
6545 53rd Avenue East, Bradenton, FL 34203
General Directions (check them out on map quest to be certain: 
From I-75 heading south take exit 217, and head West off of the exit onto
SR 70 (also called 53rd Avenue East) for approximately 1 mile.
The entrance to Braden River High School is IMMEDIATELY after the
Synovus Bank on the right hand side of the road. Once on campus,
take the first left and travel west passing the football stadium on the right.
Park in the faculty parking lot just beyond the trees
and proceed to the Media Center.

Box Packing: Four times a year our club sends our cadets
a care package which includes treats packed after
our general membership meeting.
We ask our members to bring enough snacks/treats for
45 cadets or send a donation (Suggested donation $20 - $25)
to our treasurer to assist the club in filling the boxes.
Parents are also encouraged to include personal notes,
cards or gifts in their cadet's box if so desired.
